This period of adversity served as a catalyst for profound change, propelling me from the brink of chronic illness to a state of thriving health. Now, at 57, I stand as a testament to the power of personal change.

In the past, I completed 22 Half Marathons and one Marathon(A great accomplishment because I’ve never been a runner), a testament to the resilience and determination that also guided me through a shift towards whole foods and natural supplements. While marathon running is no longer part of my routine, the discipline and lessons learned have been integral to maintaining my health and vitality. Now, I focus on strength training and enjoying every precious moment with my family.
